StartUp Profile
This section is designed to provide you with essential information and guidelines for effective use and understanding of your StartUp profile
Profile
The "My StartUp" page is your starting point for managing the essential information about your StartUp. Here, you can update the most important details about your company, upload your Pitch Deck, and decide when to make your profile visible to investors.
From this page, you can:
Update your basic profile information: Edit key details such as your StartUp's name, description, founding date, team size, and website.
Upload your Pitch Deck: Share your Pitch Deck with investors by uploading it directly from this page.
Control your visibility: Choose when to make your profile public, so you can manage when investors can view your company.
This page is designed to help you set up the core elements of your StartUp's presence before taking further steps.
Finances
Each StartUp has the possibility to upload its financial information for a better understanding by potential investors. However, we understand that in some stages, the financial information may be limited or even nonexistent. For this reason, we provide the option for StartUps not to publish any financial data if there is no relevant information to share.
The financial information of the StartUp is confidential and private, and can only be accessed with the StartUp's permission, granted after the investor submits a prior request.
Documents
Each StartUp has the ability to upload documents such as the Pitch Deck or Team Chart, among others. However, no investor can view these documents without the StartUp's permission, which is granted after the investor submits a prior request.
Profile Privacy
By default, your StartUp profile is private to ensure that you can make updates and prepare everything before going public. Your profile will remain private until you choose to make it visible or until you publish an investment listing.
You have the flexibility to:
Change your profile visibility: You can decide when to make your profile public, giving you control over when you want to start engaging with potential investors.
Publish an investment listing: Once you publish an investment listing, your profile will automatically become visible to investors interested in your project.
This gives you the time and control to perfect your profile and ensure that it's ready before connecting with investors.
We recommend that all founders keep their StartUp private until they have completed all essential information. This ensures professionalism and helps create a more attractive and trustworthy profile for potential investors.
Updating your profile to public makes it visible for all the Investors inside the platform, but not for other startups. No startups can see, check or request anything from eachother.
Even after publishing your StartUp, your Pitch Deck, Financial Information and Team Chart are private. Only you can give access to them after accepting a request from a potential investor
